What we collect

To fulfil an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and, if you provide it, your email address. If you create an account we also store a hashed version of your password — never the password itself.

How we use it

Your details are used to process and deliver your order, to issue your invoice, and to contact you about that order. We share your name, address and phone number with our courier partner because delivery is impossible without it.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Payment information

Card and UPI details are handled entirely by our payment gateway and never reach our servers. We store only the transaction reference the gateway returns.

Marketing

We will only send you marketing messages if you have opted in, and every message includes a way to opt out. Order-related messages are transactional and are sent regardless.

Your rights

Write to us at care@kisaanfirst.in to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within thirty days. Records we are legally required to retain, such as tax invoices, are the one exception.
